1) What can I hope to achieve with the Amen Solution?

The Amen Solution is an online program developed by Dr. Amen to help you become Smarter, Happier, Thinner and Younger. It is based on the same brain-centered principles used at the Amen Clinics Inc. since 1991. These brain-centered principles have helped thousands of people boost their brain health and improve their lives. We recognize that everyone is different and the root of these differences lies in the way our minds work.

Participants of our Online Program have reported losing weight by conquering their cravings and reducing emotional overeating. They have also boosted their brain power resulting in a sharper memory, better focus, longer attention span, greater self-control and better decision making. Finally, our groups found a remarkable change in the quality of life. They found that their experience reduced stress and anxiety, had more stable moods, engaged in more loving relationships and had fewer angry outbursts! Due to these changes better sleep, enhanced energy and greater overall health followed naturally.

This web service was intended to both complement that group and be a resource for those who simply cannot attend our groups for geographical or financial reasons. The Amen Solution is NOT a diet; it is a program designed to help you get control of your brain and body for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

 

2) I have already read The Amen Solution book. Can this site still help me?

Absolutely! The Amen Solution online web service is based on the same steps detailed in the book. What makes the online program so helpful—even if you have already read the book—is that it gives you all the tools you need to put the steps from the book into action. The online program also offers much more than you can find in the book, including our 24/7 Brain Gym, videos, exercise demos, thousands of recipes and nutrition information entries, free webinars, and tips from The Amen Solution Coaches. In fact, The Amen Solution web service can be considered both an incredible compliment to The Amen Solution book and its own standalone product.

 

3) Which Web Browsers are compatible with your site?

The Amen Solution was developed with all of our members in mind. We are cross platform compatible and can be correctly accessed through all major internet browsers including: Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Mozilla Firefox, Safari 5, and Google Chrome

4) Do I need a PC or a Mac?

Our 24/7 Brain Gym is compatible with both PC and Mac, however the initial assessment in our 24/7 Brain Gym must be completed on a computer that has Windows. After the assessment has been completed, the games can be played on either PC or Mac computers. You might be a PC user or a Mac user but everyone can be a member of The Amen Solution.

 

5) What is the difference between the Brain Type Questionnaire and Brain Assessment?

The Brain Type Questionnaire is a series of questions developed from over 20 years of research and designed to help you determine your Brain Type. The brain type questionnaire will determine your brain type and will create an action plan based on the type of brain you have.

The Brain Assessment is a series of psychological tests that will challenge you in 4 categories: Emotion, Thinking, Feeling, and Self-Regulation. This test will teach you your strengths and weaknesses and provides numerous exercises for self-improvement including over 20 amazing games.

 

6)How do I gain access to the Brain Type Questionnaire?

The Brain Type Questionnaire is a valuable tool that we offer to all of our members. As we progress in the program, we can improve on our habits which may result in our Brain Type changing so through the Edit My Profile function our users can Edit The Amen Solution Questionnaire as many times as they wish.

7) I took The Amen Solution Master Questionnaire and it said I had no specific brain type. What do I do now?

Even though your answers do not indicate a specific brain type, you may have tendencies of one or more of the various brain types. Sometimes it is a good idea for someone who knows you well to take the test for you as well. If you do not have a specific brain type, Dr. Amen typically recommends that you take the supplements he recommends to nearly all of his patients: a multivitamin, fish oil, and vitamin D. In addition, if you have cravings or have trouble sleeping or just want to boost your brain, there are supplements that can help.

 

8 ) Do I have to share my information with others?

The great thing about The Amen Solution is that you can choose how active–or inactive–you would like to be in the social aspect of our web service. We have enabled options to either protect your privacy or share your success with the world!

 

9) I bought the Amen Solution as part of a promotional package, how do I access the site?

If you signed up through the Lisa Garr show, we will send your log in credentials within one week of receiving your information. If you have not heard from us, please contact the merchant you purchased your package from.

If you have a promo code, create an account at http://www.theamensolution.com/join_free.aspx. Once you are at the payment page please type your promo code into the box provided and hit the submit button next to it. If further action is required please put in your payment information and then hit submit.

 

10) Is my payment secure?

The Amen Solution accepts Visa, Master Card and American express via a direct payment system that does not involve the risk or hassle of an additional third party. We have worked together with the renowned Authorize.net to provide an easy and secure payment method. Through much testing we have found that Authorize.net provides the highest level of transaction processing security, safeguards customer information and combats fraud so you can put your mind to rest and focus on your health.

11) Can I submit my success story to be an Amen Solution All Star?

We love to hear about our members’ success! You can submit your story to customercare@theamensolution.com for review by Dr. Amen and The Amen Solution team. Please include your full name, city, state, and email address. If we choose your story, we will congratulate you via email.

 

12) How do our Monthly Subscriptions Operate?

Monthly Subscription fees are non-refundable and are charged automatically on each renewal date (i.e. monthly) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time during the month. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation are not refundable.

Recurring payment systems run on a specific schedule. Please cancel your membership at least 24-hours before you expect your renewal to take place to prevent un-wanted charges.

 

13) How do I cancel my membership?

In your profile, please click on "Edit my Profile", look for the “Cancel My Subscription”, and Select "Click Here" in the Cancellation Request Box. Please be sure to follow all instructions per your account type.

 

14) How can I request a refund?

A refund request must be sent to customercare@theamensolution.com with the Subject: REFUND REQUEST.

Refunds are granted in most cases when:

• If a promo code was issued to you and you accidentally signed up.
• Same day cancellation.
• Duplicate payment was made.

 

*Refunds will not be issued after 60 days. No Exceptions*

The Amen Solution Inc. reserves the right to revise the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.

15) How do I re-subscribe?

If you choose to put a temporary hold on your account you can simply cancel your subscription and we will retain all of your information for you! There is no need to worry about creating a new account. Your tracked data will stay safe with us. When you are ready to start again, log into your account using the email address and password you created. You will then be directed to the re-subscribe page. Simple!
